In General
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the personalized nature of our products, we have a limited refund policy.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Made-to-Order Items: This includes all handcrafted costumes created specifically for your order. Due to the custom nature of these items, they cannot be restocked and resold.

• Print-on-Demand Items: Since these items are created with your chosen design, they are considered personalized and cannot be returned.

Standard Return Exceptions
In addition to the above, we also cannot accept returns or offer refunds for items that:

• Have been worn, washed, or altered.

• Are damaged due to misuse or neglect.

• Are missing their original tags or packaging.

Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is incorrect or damaged, please contact us immediately at info@cosmocraft.co and we will be happy to arrange a replacement or refund.

Return Process
For any eligible returns (excluding made-to-order and print-on-demand items), please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the conditions for return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
